Silently she got out of bed and crept downstairs. It was a new day, a new year, a fresh start. Ignoring the icy blast that whipped at her face as she opened the front door, she pulled her thick wool coat around herself and made her way down to the still frozen lake.
With the tips of her heavy work boots she tentatively tapped the edge of the ice and watched as the crack appeared, watched as it spread and zigzagged across the frozen lake. The year ahead was going to be tough but she was determined to crack through the ice, open up new possibilities, and succeed in ways she never thought possible.

Cypress, Cupressus sempervirens
Blend equal quantities and use in a diffuser.
