The soggy tissues started to pile up making a snow-white layer on the floor. She didn’t care. Her irritated eyes stung, and the tears streamed down her face, stinging the broken skin around her tender red nose. She took a sip of the steaming lemon and honey tea and tried to focus on the book on her lap. She wished she could go to bed for a few hours, pull the blankets up over her head and sleep, waiting for this miserable cold to pass. But as always, life needed tending to, jobs had to be done, others needs to be taken care of. And so she applied to her neck and wrists, the blend of oils she had previously prepared in her apothecary. Inhaling the fresh and restoring fragrance through her stuffy nose and powered on.

Please always use essential oils with considered care, just because something is natural it does not mean its safe. Always consult with a qualified aromatherapist if unsure especially pregnant women.
